Santa Baby Digital Blog Hop Dec. 17th and18th!H

Hello, and thanks for joining Becky and I for the Santa Baby Digital Blog Hop!  This is a two day hop so be sure to check back tomorrow, as most blogs will have a second project for you to check out!

I am an independent Creative Memories consultant, so my software of choice naturally is the Creative Memories Storybook Creator for PC.  I am currently using version 3.0.  I have been digital scrapbooking for over 2 years now and absolutely love it!

If you are joining me from Becky's blog you are in the right place!  If not please start there and follow along.
Here is the line up, should you get lost along the way!

For my first project, I will be sharing with you the first custom album cover that I have designed.  This cover will be used for our family Christmas layouts.  For more info on custom covers check out my personal web page

This layout was inspired by my advent calendar, which I plan to display them side by side on the bookshelf during Christmas.  I would like to point out one of the many techniques that was used on this page.  In the middle behind Santa, that piece started as a cream piece of paper, which I alter several times with the surface and filter options in the CM software, then cut it as a postage stamp shape.  In the end I loved how it now looks like aged leather.  I am now addicted to using surface and filter options! LOL!  My Custom cover has already arrived in the mail, and it is incredible, I think all my scrapbook will now have a custom cover!

If you would like to know more about this project you are welcome to message me in the comments section below and I will reply via email.

CANDY ALERT!!!
I have multi blog hop candy right now, which I will be drawing for at the end of December.  The lucky winner will get to choose one Cricut Cartridge from the current Creative Memories exclusive selection.  In order to be eligible you must follow and comment on my blog.

Thanks again for joining us today!  Enjoy the hop!
your next stop is Gill!

Happy Crafting!
